FOOLING YOURSELF

It’s not easy. Fooling yourself requires a lot of energy. You hold in your hand a great power, power to change present, power to change future. Everyone knows what goanna happen in their life, the consequences of present (what I will say is unpleasant consequences). Some think they can fool others by lying or treating differently. Quite often, when you are fooling yourself, you aren’t fooling others. Especially those closest to you can often see through to the truth you can’t see. Fooling yourself can also cause relationship difficulties; you are disrespecting those who really care about you. Fooling yourself prevents you from becoming fully yourself. You are living a fake, imaginary life and you are pretending real (even if you know it’s imaginary). When you are living a lie or clinging to a misconception, you deny yourself the opportunity to live authentically and openly. Maybe being real is much harder, it does require vulnerability, but being vulnerable allows for a much richer, more intense experience of life. You have to live you real life someday, it’s possible that you are much happier in your own imaginary world but you have to come out and life a real life someday, so what are you waiting for. At some level we know what reality is but we ignore it.
ASK YOURSELF QUESTIONS AND LIVE IN SOLUTIONS. You know everything but how fool are you hiding yourself.  You aren’t facing truth, but you know the consequences. This emotional energy required to maintain a façade or hiding situation. This energy we could be using for something creative and affirming. You want success but when you fool yourself, you cut yourself off from opportunities and learning that could bring you more happiness and fulfillment. The truth will set you on a different path, if you face truth and reality then it will boost the opportunities for you.
